The “Battle Rope” exercise is an awesome full body, and cardio workout that is perfect for on duty workouts. However sometimes the battle ropes can be highly expensive.

It is simple just find an object to anchor the hose to (pole, hydrant, section of LDH) and you can start using this awesome workout TODAY!

Start out with 1 3/4 or 1 1/2 hose and then go up to 2, or even 3 inch. You can even add your PPE and SCBA for a truly realistic workout.
If you do not want to use in service hose, contact your logistics division, hose shop, or whoever gets things in your department and get some out of service hose.
