Short, sweet, and to the point…JUST BE READY!! If your going on a fire alarm I do not care if you have been 1,000 times it goes off for a reason so until you get there act accordingly.
The same applies for EMS runs, MVA’s, Fires, etc. max protect yourself, and bring the appropriate tools with you to complete the job. Do not be the company that has to go back to the rig because you did not bring the irons and now you have to force the door. Do not be the company who does not bring hose with them and then is left out of the fire attack.
Bottom line JUST BE READY! This is an unpredictable job and we need to treat it like that on every run!
